Cancellations. All cancellations must be in given in writing to Fenland First Aid Services Ltd. For places cancelled within 10 days of the course start date, the full fee is payable. For places cancelled between 10 and 21 days of the course start date 50% is payable No fee is payable if cancellation is received more than 21 days prior to the start of the course. In the event of Fenland First Aid Services Ltd cancelling a course, a full refund will be given. Failure to Show. Any delegate’s failure to attend a course will still reflect a bona fide booking, the fee of which will be subject to standard terms and conditions, zncluding full or partial refund where applicable.
